We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Car & Truck Specialty Tools. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
